Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Onsite (no remote option) N Breslau ON.

Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Overview

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a 100% onsite role that requires regular client interaction, jobsite presence, and effective coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and timely updates
- Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Use basic software tools such as Excel, Word, and email for daily project management tasks

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer software (Excel, Word, email)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 100% onsite
