- 10+ years in sourcing, procurement, contract management, or supply chain roles supporting capital projects
- Hands-on leadership of competitive sourcing events, commercial negotiations, and supplier evaluations
- Strong experience with contract lifecycle management, change management, and claims management
- Background supporting EPC/EPCM, construction, midstream, pipeline, or broader energy sector projects
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field Nice to Have
- SCMP or equivalent professional designation
- Oracle ERP or similar procurement system experience
- Experience with equipment, services, or material supply agreements
- Experience with sourcing methodologies, commercial evaluation, and supplier qualification processes Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for major capital projects
- Develop sourcing strategies and execute competitive sourcing events
- Manage supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract award activities
- Administer contracts and purchase orders through amendments, claims, renewals, and closeout
