What will you do?
- Assist Quotation Team on preparing the professional bid proposals.
- Work closely and participate in meetings of sales and business developers as required.
- Provide proposals to meet customer requirements in a timely manner, participate in kick-off meetings with stakeholders when applicable, managing changes throughout the bid proposal lifecycle.
- Engage in interfacing with Factory and Product Marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes.
- Clean and verify the final proposal to match the orders.
What will you need to succeed?
- Have graduated from University in Electrical Engineering program.
- Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
- Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
- Electrical engineering with a focus on Power systems is preferred.
- Basic comprehension of power distribution concepts & single line diagrams is considered a great asset.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products such as switchboards, panelboards, circuit breakers & transformers is considered an asset.
- Having completed at least one co-op term is an asset.
- Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Hardworking and willing to learn new skills.
- Flexible working hours may be required.
