Our client, a leader in metal distribution, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Laval This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment, with a growing company.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential customers.
2. Order taking and follow-up in the internal ERP system.
3. Act as liaison between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Credit, Production, and Purchasing to offer a complete and quality customer service.
4. Provide support to sales representatives for order entry, quotations, and necessary follow-ups.
5. Promote the company's various products and services.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B customer service environment.
2. Bilingualism (spoken and written French and English).
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel).
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
