This is a replacement role with strong patient demand, supported by a loyal hygiene program and opportunities to broaden clinical skills. With mentorship available and a collaborative environment, this position is ideal for a dentist looking to establish themselves in a well-supported, community-focused practice.**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm**Clinical Coverage:** 1 chair dedicated to the associate (DDS booked out a couple of months)**Support:** 4 RDHs and mentorship from experienced partners**Clinic Setup:*** Active Patient Base: 5,500+* Total Chairs: 8 (4 hygiene, 1 associate, all up to 8 in use daily)* Practice Management Software: Dentrix* Technology: CBCT, ITERO Scanner, Soft Tissue Laser, 3D Printer, Pan/Ceph, CEREC, Digital Xray, Videa Health, Paperless* Environment: Beautifully renovated, modern, and welcoming**Clinical Scope:*** Bread & Butter Dentistry* Opportunities to reduce referrals in: Basic & Advanced Endodontics, Basic Oral Surgery**Team & Culture:** The clinic fosters a collaborative, team-based culture where mentorship and clinical guidance are available.
