About This Opportunity:

Coke Canada is seeking an experienced Print Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of a print shop.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and schedule daily production of various projects.
  • Manage design projects, maintain a safe work environment, and develop a team-oriented workforce.
  • Meet with GMs, Sales team members, and promote Print Shop capabilities and benefits.
  • Provide monthly usage and reconciliation reports to GMs and Sales team members.
  • Manage employees professionally and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Oversee multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure equipment maintenance.
  • Implement policies and procedures to increase productivity in a safe manner.
  • Train staff on proper procedures and techniques.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support other departments for overall teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Proficient skills in Adobe Design Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital printing, print equipment, and materials.
  • Experience managing online projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities with various departments and people.
  • High level of organization and detail orientation.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
