Key Responsibilities
• Manage clinical program and oversee resident care
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized service plans
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and support teams
• Ensure legal and ethical compliance in care delivery
• Cultivate relationships with residents, staff, and families
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse with 5+ years experience
• 1+ year of leadership in senior care settings
• Strong clinical competence and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and emotional support abilities
