Description
Join MOVATI’s Member Experience Student Placement program and help build a culture in-Club that delivers on the promise we make to our members – feel welcome, feel comfortable and feel healthy.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding, 5-star customer service to members and guests
- Assist the Member Experience team with managing and resolving member inquiries and concerns, escalating as needed
- Complete sales transactions accurately and confidently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the club
- Assist with administrative tasks in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Promote club programs, products, and services
- Support member experience events and special initiatives within the club

Time commitment: 15 hours per week. Availability required: Mondays - Fridays.
We are seeking a customer-focused individual who enjoys administrative work. This six (6) month program is open to high school students who are required to complete unpaid placement hours as part of their graduation requirements.
