Regional Sales Manager – East Coast Docks (Manitoba)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and expand our business in Manitoba. This role is ideal for someone from a water-based background who loves the outdoors and enjoys talking to people about water-based recreational activities. As Regional Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our presence in Manitoba, working closely with clients, and overseeing projects to ensure they deliver for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market presence and achieve growth targets in Manitoba.
2. Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, contractors, and community stakeholders.
3. Drive new business development through proactive outreach and market research to identify opportunities and partnerships.
4. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all installations meet East Coast Docks' quality standards.
5. Lead and support a regional team, guiding them to achieve sales and project goals.
6. Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure regional efforts align with company-wide objectives.
7. Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to enhance our products and services.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales management or business development, ideally within the construction or waterfront industry.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving.
4. Ability to develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies.
5. Exceptional communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
6. Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Knowledge of waterfront construction and relevant regulations is an asset.

1. Base salary of between $60K and $75K + Bonus
