Lead medium-risk decommissioning projects at Douglas Point, applying project management expertise across planning, contracts, safety, and regulatory requirements. This one-year Project Leader term oversees complex projects within the Decommissioning Division. You will manage multiple work packages and interfaces while meeting schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives. The work includes planning, budgeting, procurement, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee medium-risk decommissioning project delivery
- Plan budgets and allocate project resources
- Lead planners, contractors, and project teams
- Manage scopes, procurement packages, and contracts
- Monitor performance, expectations, safety, and regulations

Requirements:
- Knowledge of project lifecycle phases, including decommissioning
- Expertise applying nine project management areas
- Experience with contract administration and procurement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent certification
- Advanced MS Office and project management tools knowledge Bring decommissioning leadership, contract expertise, and stakeholder communication to Douglas Point’s safety-focused project delivery work.
