Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and operational guidance to managers
- Build long-term client relationships supporting satisfaction and quality service
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, metrics, and resource allocation
- Develop operational plans improving workflow efficiency and delivery
- Support retention initiatives, proposals, and market expansion
Requirements:
- At least five years in senior operations leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Valid G Driver’s Licence for Eastern Ontario travel
- Business acumen managing budgets and operational metrics
- Knowledge of legislation, safety, regulatory, and privacy standards Bring operational leadership, client service, budget management, and compliance expertise to Paladin Security’s Eastern Ontario portfolio.
