What we expect from you
- Control stock and manage section to achieve sales targets
- Conduct commercial analysis and lead the execution of actions needed
- Supervise and organize the teams in their section to execute commercial tasks in the most productive way for the store
- Review new items, place them and mark store/stockroom rotations
- Supervise the product replenishment
- Oversee the merchandising, image and furniture to ensure standards
- Ensure customer service standards are met and incidents resolved
- Responsible of minimizing shrinkage
- Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams
- Responsible of compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work.
