Job Title: Guidewire Solution Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Create solutions and designs for the Guidewire Insurance platform (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Contact Mgr.) to meet client standards for technology and ensure availability, security, resilience, and performance.
- Develop Guidewire design and migration options with associated costs, benefits, and risks to inform investment decisions.
- Design a migration solution to transfer policies from legacy systems to PolicyCenter.
- Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, platform teams, and project colleagues to balance long-term and short-term goals.
- Maintain the integrity of the end-to-end Guidewire solution across platforms, including transition states.
- Prioritize IT initiatives and feature team sprints to deliver against business outcomes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and document solution debt incurred during transitions and address it in future phases.
- Assess potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and develop mitigation strategies.
