Customer Service Representative - Peterborough
Salary: From £24,941 per year
Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 6 pm
Location: Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6FY
Responsibilities
You will handle calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. You will support customers planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and providing support to families during bereavements, ensuring a seamless experience during the moments that matter.
