Provide technical support and consulting for FPGA-based designs to promote demand creation.* Work with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their design requirements at both a system and component level.* Attend supplier trainings in-person and via conference calls. Demonstrate an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of supplier technologies and how those technologies relate to market needs.* Provide training to Arrow sales teams on new products and help market these products to the appropriate customers.* Manage supplier and customer expectations by building and developing relationships, keeping stakeholders up to date on activities, plans, and progress towards initiatives.* Manage top opportunities and opportunity funnel in assigned region.* Attend and actively participate in strategic branch meetings and quarterly business reviews.* Help plan and organize engineering customer events and seminars.* Prepare and give sales presentations to customers.* Meet with customers both on-site and virtually.* Works independently; receives minimal guidance.* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.* Quickly build influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and the Arrow sales team.* Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement* This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of On-Target Earnings will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow. **What We're Looking For:*** 5+ years of electronic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering* Must have experience designing with FPGA's (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc…)* Excellent communication and presentation skills.* Sales experience is beneficial in this role.**Work Arrangement:** Fully Remote but will be required to come to the office on Mondays if you're located near Mississauga or Montreal.
