Job Description
- End-to-end testing of policy document generation across PolicyCenter and SmartCOMM (letters, schedules, dec pages, endorsements, notices, invoices).
- Validate data mapping, merge fields, and template logic (rules, conditions, locales, versions).
- Test document triggers and events (quote, bind, issue, renew, endorse, cancel, reinstate) and batch/scheduled jobs.
- Verify rendering fidelity (PDF/HTML), branding, accessibility, and multi-language outputs.
- Validate channels and delivery (print, email, portal, archive/DMS) and ensure auditability.
- Execute integration testing across upstream/downstream systems (rating, billing, DMS/ECM, CRM, print houses).
- Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and RTMs based on business and technical specs (BRD, FRD, MRS, template specs).
- Conduct defect triage, root-cause analysis (template vs. data vs. integration vs. configuration), and coordinate fixes with developers/configurators.
- Build and manage test data for various product lines, coverages, endorsements, jurisdictions, and lifecycle events.
- Leverage automation where applicable (API-level, document comparisons, regression packs).
- Contribute to UAT support, release readiness, and production validation (smoke checks, sampling).
- Uphold compliance, regulatory, and retention requirements in document content and delivery.
