Job Description

We are seeking an Innovation Leader to join our team in Nashville, responsible for proposing and initiating innovation based on new technology, customer needs, or business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Innovate new solutions in Protection, Metering & Control for High, Medium and Low Voltage electrical distribution.
  • Propose disruptive architectures and technologies for new product lines.
  • Regularly scan external companies, suppliers, startups, universities in NAM, Europe & Asia for new ideas.
  • Initiate innovation projects in the H3 domain, growing the 3 maturity axes (Customer, Business, Technology) up to introduction into League Roadmaps & Backlogs.
  • Animate innovation process locally (Lean Innovation, Design thinking), coach Squads to Design Thinking process.
  • Interact with Innovation & Technology (IT) and DEVS organizations for technology transfer into Digital power projects.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about innovation, propose new technology adoption to achieve business outcomes.
  • Familiar with networking inside & outside the company.
  • Broad technical skills across multiple technical disciplines including new ones.
  • Open-minded, customer and business-oriented (not only technical).
  • Effective communication across multiple audiences and toward non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design Thinking practice experience.
