Qualifications:
1. Experience in Evidence Synthesis: Proficiency in indirect treatment comparisons (ITC), network meta-analysis (NMA), matching-adjusted indirect comparisons (MAIC), and multilevel network meta-regression (ML-NMR) is essential.
2. Preferred Experience: Strong background in evidence synthesis analytic methods and/or HEOR consulting experience.
3. Biostatistics Expertise: Hands-on experience as a biostatistician, with a solid understanding of statistical methods and their application in health economics and outcomes research.
4. People Management: Proven ability to mentor and manage direct reports, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
5. Remote Work: Comfortable working in a fully remote setting, with excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Evidence Synthesis Projects: Lead and contribute to evidence synthesis-related projects, utilizing advanced analytic methods to generate robust and reliable results.
