Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fabrication facility safety programs and culture
- Own shop flow from material receipt through shipping
- Lead piping spool fabrication across specified material types
- Coordinate schedules, recovery plans, labour, equipment, and materials
- Supervise, coach, train, and mentor shop leadership
Requirements:
- Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter or Welder certificate preferred
- NCSO designation and Gold Seal certification required
- Fifteen years of progressive supervisory experience preferred
- Experience running a production spool fabrication facility
- Knowledge of piping codes, welding processes, and WPS/PQR requirements Apply your piping fabrication leadership, welding knowledge, safety expertise, and production management skills as PCL’s Nisku Superintendent.
