Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural design solutions and construction documentation
• Manage multidisciplinary project meetings and building consultants
• Ensure client needs are met with technical and administrative oversight
• Analyze project performance data including profit and backlog
• Assist in RFP preparation to pursue new work opportunities
Requirements:
• Licensed Architect or equivalent educational background
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in architecture
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Familiarity with BIM, REVIT, and AutoCAD software
