As the Program Analyst, Global Recruitment Strategies, you will be responsible for supporting strategic technical and non-technical initiatives that enable the Recruitment Strategy at Scotiabank globally. This role works in partnership with our Program Managers to collaborate with talent acquisition teams, business areas and external partners to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions to address them.

In this strategic role, you will support high profile projects to service our Global business model. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Recruitment Strategies, the ideal candidate will be an innovating and highly influential individual with proven experience managing the entire recruitment life cycle, supporting recruitment policies/ processes, and has participated in recruitment related technology enhancement and implementation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys using insights to make effective recommendations and be a trusted partner within the function on recruitment policies and processes.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

1. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Business Stakeholders and Human Resources to understand and address business needs
2. Support the full project lifecycle of technical and non-technical recruitment strategic initiatives
3. Partner with recruitment operations and optimization teams on the implementation and evaluation of recruitment programs
4. Partner with the technology teams to facilitate and partner on technology solutions for recruitment
5. Continuously seek opportunities to gain efficiencies by leveraging the global HR operating model in alignment with the recruitment tech roadmap
6. Monitor and analyze leading trends and best practices to identify improvement/enhancement opportunities
7. Manage vendor relationships for program/tools to ensure effective deployment and enhancements

2. Communication and change management experience is preferred
3. Project management skills/ knowledge
4. Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Experience working with a range of stakeholders or partners
6. Attention to detail and deadlines
7. Experience documenting processes, creating standard operating procedures and trainings
8. Strong communication and organization skills
