Exterior Maintenance Leader – Low Rise Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing (Regina)

We provide exterior cleaning services to residential, strata, and commercial clients, delivering 5‑Star level service and professionalism. The role involves leading and executing low‑rise window cleaning and pressure washing duties, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Window Cleaning

- Pressure Washing

Some Details You Should Know Before Applying

Our technicians are expected to:

- Represent our company with integrity and passion.

- Provide 5‑Star level service to clients.

- Safely and efficiently operate our fleet of tartan trucks and maintain equipment.

- Process payments and paperwork digitally in our paperless system.

You should also:

- Have a valid license.

- Pass a criminal background check.

- Be able to push, lift and carry 50 pounds.

- Be comfortable wearing a kilt and being the star of the show.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent.

Expected Salary: $40,702 – $60,657 per year (or more, based on revenue sharing).

Schedule

- 8‑hour shift.

- Winters off.

- Monday‑Friday (weekends available for extra earnings).

Supplemental Pay Types

- Tips.

Compensation: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour.
