Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager, who has a proven track record of successfully making a positive impact in his/her previous career.

What You’ll Do
1. Plan, lead, coordinate and oversee the implementation of complex interdependent technological projects and deliverables.
2. Work in collaboration with experienced project managers, software developers, and specialists.
3. Lead initiatives that involve business/technology transformation and organizational change.
4. Manage budgets, and minimize overhead for teams while providing maximum visibility to all stakeholders.
5. Create project deliverables and define the level of quality, timelines, resources, and budget.
6. Recognize key project team members, roles, and organizational structure to ensure team members are aligned and project expectations are defined.
7. Oversee project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor project progress.
8. Examine project interdependencies, identify project risks, and establish and implement a mitigation plan.
9. Develop project management artifacts while complying with enterprise policies and procedures.
10. Negotiate priorities across multiple teams to ensure the timely delivery of requirements.
11. Be the primary point of contact for a variety of projects.
12. Provide proactive leadership and direction to junior project managers and delivery teams.
13. Stay on top of new industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes and practices to influence the success of programs and initiatives.

Experience You’ll Bring
1. 7-10 years of experience working as a Release / Project Manager in R&D and/or Enterprise Software Product Development.
2. PMP / PMI-ACP / Lean Certification or similar industry certification.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or experience in a related field.
4. Experience of minimum 5 years working in change management/risk management / process management.
5. Demonstrated experience in working with enterprise mobility solutions and technical software projects.
6. Experience in agile software development methodology and in-depth understanding of software development and product life cycle.
7. Proficient in project management methodologies and JIRA.
8. Experienced in handling large-scale interdependent technological projects, using a variety of tools such as release dashboards, metrics, and pivot tables.
9. Ability to comprehend complex technological challenges.
10. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
11. Excellent communication skills and ability to express complex processes in simple terms to both internal and external stakeholders.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing conflicts and working with a cross-functional team.
13. Experience in Scaled Agile Framework will be considered an asset.
