- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines in IBM DataStage for data warehouse ingestion and management;

- Ensure data ingestion, transformation, and modelling to meet analytics and reporting needs;

- Manage the integration and transformation of large data volumes while ensuring performance and scalability;

- Optimize the execution of DataStage jobs to ensure fast and efficient data processing;

- Develop advanced mechanisms for error handling, logging, and recovery;

- Work with large databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, etc.) and optimize SQL queries;

- Collaborate with BI, architecture, and data governance teams to ensure effective integration into the existing ecosystem.

Keys to your success

- Minimum 5 years of ETL development experience with IBM DataStage;

- Proven experience on projects handling massive data volumes;

- Expertise in ETL optimization, parallelism, and performance tuning;

- Strong skills in advanced SQL and large‑scale data manipulation.

- Experience with banking sector projects;

- Demonstrated experience in large‑scale digital transformation and data integration projects.

- French: Advanced

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, an advanced level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees, managers and clients outside of Quebec.
