They will be responsible for implementing solutions to enhance internal processes and connectivity, by leveraging their solid market knowledge, industry connections, and their innate curiosity to learn and continually upskill themselves and others around them. This role is not a one-time transformation or project-based position. The successful candidate will not only be an active structuring team member, but will also be accountable for the ongoing evolution, implementation, and effectiveness of ISM’s digital workflows and operating model. The Investment Structure Management (ISM) team is accountable for the operational structuring and end-to-end management of CPP Investments’ private investments.
