Your contribution to the team includes:

1. Managing daily on-site operations of your property, overseeing rent collections, leasing applications, and maintaining top-level tenant satisfaction.
2. Working with the leasing team to ensure vacancy goals are met.
3. Scheduling, coordinating, and inspecting move-ins and move-outs.
4. Recommending physical repairs and/or replacements and creating work orders as necessary.
5. Actively participating in meetings and offering recommendations/ideas on operations and processes.

What you need to be successful:

1. Experience in a management role.
2. High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
3. High degree of professionalism and diplomacy.
4. Effective computer skills including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience using an ERP is considered an asset.
