As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Siding Foreman to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily siding installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and company policies.

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work assignments for siding crews and subcontractors.

- Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building codes.

- Collaborate with project managers and site superintendents to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

- Monitor materials usage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain clear communication with clients, site staff, and head office.

- Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.

- Enforce health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in siding installation or exterior construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of various siding materials and installation techniques.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and building codes.
