- Assist in grading assignments

- Proctoring final exam

- Invigilate tests and exams as required

- Hold tutorials and office hours

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Completion of RSM1260/RSM1360 Leading People in Organizations with a final grade of A- or higher (highly preferred)

- Previous SIA experience in this course (RSM1360) is highly preferred

- Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position

Class Schedule:

Courses may be online or in person depending on circumstances, so candidates must be available and comfortable with both.

Sessional dates of appointment:

Jan 1, 2026 – Feb 28, 2026

Compensation:

Minimum hourly rate:

- September 1, 2025 – $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay

- January 1, 2026 – $54.27 plus 4% vacation pay

- September 1, 2026 – $55.25 plus 4% vacation pay

Notes:

This job is posted in accordance with the CUPE 3902 Unit 3 Collective Agreement.
