Location: Esterhazy, Saskatchewan Start Date: January 19, 2026 Salary Details: In Accordance with the Current Board Approved Out-Of-Scope Salary Schedule Contact Details Christine Hawley, Transportation Assistant (306) 786-5505 Position Details: Permanent Part Time Route: Est 1 - Atwater into Esterhazy - Assigned to Melville Bus Garage The duties of a Bus Driver are to: Support safe, positive environments for students. Ensure student transportation is provided with due regard for safety. Provide supervision of students during transit and assist in supervision during boarding and unloading. Keep students on the bus until regular school supervision is provided. Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Transportation Manager and those listed in Job Description - Transportation: Bus Driver. The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications: Minimum Grade 10 Education or equivalent A valid driver’s license with "S" endorsement. Clean drivers abstract. Interviews will be conducted upon application. Please note that GSSD may contact informal references not listed in your application package. Applicants not currently working for GSSD will be required to submit a recent (within the last six months) criminal record and vulnerable sector check acceptable to the Board of Education prior to offer of employment.
