What you bring

- BS/AS degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or Finance with prior project management experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in either the elevator industry or in a related building systems industry
- Full understanding and proven adherence to FF+
- Strong experience in the use of SPN and other Schindler NI/MOD management tools
- Experience in an operational role (Service Leader, Project Manager)
- Ability to use analytical tools, such as Excel
- Working across multiple departments and teams
- Track record of continuous improvements and developing new processes to improve business issues
- Full understanding and practical implementation / auditing of all Schindler (and industry) safety policies and procedures
- Strong understanding of installation methods & processes and general site working practices
- Experience in training and coaching others in an engaging and efficient manner
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities
- Problem Solving: Information seeking and achievement orientation, ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively
- Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship
