Program Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

Daily Operations

- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to oversee daily operations.

- Manage ongoing projects and promotions in the CRM.

- Ensure smooth coordination between teams to keep workflows efficient and on track.

Project Management

- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

- Adapt to shifting priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Reliability and Efficiency

- Handle critical tasks and projects with high reliability.

- Streamline operational processes and suggest improvements.

- Be available on-demand after work hours when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from various departments.

- Foster collaboration and deliver tangible results promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–4 years of experience in operational or project management roles.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.

- Strong technical affinity and ability to quickly grasp new systems.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven track record of reliability and meeting deadlines.

- Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams.
