Key Responsibilities
• Create individualized rehab plans based on evidence-informed practices
• Support clients in managing pain and enhancing mobility
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care
• Educate patients on effective treatment and wellness strategies
• Leverage digital tools to improve patient experiences
Requirements:
• Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with provincial college
• Strong commitment to client-oriented care
• Experience with complex pain management is a plus
• Open to new graduates
