Key Responsibilities
- Reverse engineer vehicle systems and communications protocols
- Design and document vehicle data collection methods
- Investigate data quality issues and support gaps
- Define hardware and firmware requirements
- Perform root cause analyses of vehicle interactions
Requirements:
- One to three years with vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Experience with SAE J1939, UDS, or related standards
- Experience with CAN bus or vehicle physical layers
- Experience using CANalyzer, CANape, or ETAS tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related education and experience Apply vehicle diagnostics, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills to improve Geotab’s global vehicle support.
