The role:

We are a successful, innovative and team-oriented law firm seeking an experienced Senior Associate for our Vancouver office. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial focused firm that prioritizes professional autonomy, technical acumen and the ability to develop lasting relationships with our clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Experience with the Supreme Court of British Columbia, mediation, and arbitration.

- Strong client relationship management skills.

- Experience in a comprehensive family law practice handling sophisticated files.

- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong long‑lasting relationships with High‑net worth clients, which includes understanding their needs, and providing exceptional high touch service.

- Deep knowledge of developing, and executing on advanced family practice matters.

- Experience overseeing the preparation and review of complex Family law files.

- Experience bringing practical solution‑based approaches to client mandates by delivering thoughtful guidance, with empathy and logic.

Qualifications / Demonstrated Skills:

- A minimum of 4‑5 years experience in family law.

- Ability to work well under pressure, meet unexpected and sometimes competing deadlines, and exhibit sound judgment.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.
