BIM Specialist

As a BIM Specialist at Upbrella, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM models for our construction projects. You will work to improve efficiency and collaboration through the use of BIM technologies.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate BIM models for construction projects;
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models;
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to integrate BIM models;
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and practices;
- Train and support team members in the use of BIM tools;
- Prepare and exchange project documentation.

Skills

- Degree in engineering, architecture or construction management, or other relevant technical training;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in BIM project management;
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks);
- Excellent project management and coordination skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
