Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Analytics & Insights Analyst to join the team at one of our largest banking clients on a 12-month contract. We are looking for an analytics practitioner with a blend of proficient technical skills and strong business acumen. The Senior Analyst plays a key role in the application & execution of consumer data and analytics to support the development of customer-centric business strategies and loyalty marketing for our clients.

- Minimum of 2-4+ years of directly related work experience in analytics, customer loyalty, marketing, retail, financial / insurance
- Knowledge in direct marketing, campaign management, experimental design, customer analytics, CRM, segmentation, modeling
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Problem solving skills coupled with the can do attitude
- A strategic/analytical thinker who can link assigned tasks to the bigger picture
- Retail and merchandising industry knowledge a definite advantage
- Hands-on proficient experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau an asset

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
