Reporting to the Maintenance and Integrity Manager, this position requires an individual who proactively and independently provides the engineering and technical assurance support required to the construction execution team for quality installation as per basis for design, as well as the operational readiness team to ensure a flawless CSU and handover to Scotford.
The Operations Integration Team will hand over the facilities to the Scotford Refinery Production Unit after the successful start-up of the facilities (capture, pipeline, wells).

- Provide engineering support in rotating equipment specification, design reviews, and equipment selection as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with on- and off-site subject matter experts in rotating equipment.
- Develop a comprehensive list of lessons learned during the construction and CSU phases.
- Strong "no change" mindset is required as much of the design work is complete.
- Minimal travel required for training, meetings, machinery shop performance testing, and module yard.
- Additional hours may be required during the construction phase, dictated by execution schedule and needs.
- Additional hours will be required during the CSU phase of the project.
