Position Summary

As an Environmental Technician, you/'ll be at the forefront of our projects, contributing to soil, groundwater, and air sampling initiatives. Get ready for frequent travel within the region, with paid overtime and all accommodations covered.

Responsibilities

- Dive into detailed paperwork and submittals

- Lead engaging health and safety meetings

- Collect environmental samples and operate an onsite mobile laboratory

- Calibrate field meters, record results with precision

- Maintain a professional image while interacting with clients

- Effectively manage your schedule and communicate with ease

- Document noncompliance events and their resolutions

- Take ownership of meeting quality standards and deadlines

- Adhere to stringent safety policies

Minimum Qualifications

- High school diploma

- 1-3 years of related experience

- 40-hour HAZWOPER training with current refreshers

- Strong communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Word Office Suite Products

- Ability to travel, stand/walk 8+ hours/day, lift up to 50lbs
