Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects from market assessment through ongoing operations
- Evaluate opportunities and build business cases
- Manage P&Ls, budgets, investments, and return on investment
- Negotiate agreements with venues, landlords, and external partners
- Align stakeholders, resolve escalations, and improve processes
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years of relevant professional experience
- Complex project, commercial initiative, or operations leadership experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong analytical, strategic, financial, and communication skills
- Experience with budgets, business cases, or P&L preferred Bring senior project leadership, financial acumen, and partnership skills to expand Fever Originals across Canadian markets.
