Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharmaceutical Patient Support Program operations and performance expectations
- Maintain protocols, training matrices, human resources files, and audit documentation
- Monitor reporting, data integrity, metrics, and adverse event requirements
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and present complex data
- Manage program financial performance, partnerships, and quality improvement
Requirements:
- Business diploma or degree, or three years’ management experience
- Three years’ Patient Support Program or healthcare management experience
- Knowledge of account management, operations, finance, and human resources
- Strong project management, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills
