Job Description

We seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us as a Territory Manager in Shaunavon, SK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-oriented and experienced salesperson to be a part of the future of agriculture. Our Territory Managers deliver exceptional retail sales service to customers by fostering long-term business relationships in their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

- Represent the company for equipment sales with existing and new customers
- Build loyalty and long-term growth relationships with customers
- Provide top-tier customer support and follow-up
- Identify unmet customer needs and provide solutions
- Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and meet goals
- Stay current on knowledge of equipment, parts, service, promotions, and financing available
- Create brand awareness in your area that meets our standards of quality
- Build relationships with internal departments to support sales and customer activities
- Conduct equipment and product demonstrations

Requirements

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Post-secondary education in Ag Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Passionate about agriculture
- Extensive knowledge of agriculture equipment
- Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills
- 3+ years of previous sales experience
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products
- Significant independent travel, valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary
