Lead Checkfront and Regiondo's engineering teams as a Senior Engineering Manager. Drive product improvements with a focus on stability, performance, and operational excellence.
This role requires a seasoned Engineering Manager to guide teams responsible for two established booking-management products. You will collaborate with Product and technical leaders to prioritize initiatives, ensure quality delivery, and foster a thriving engineering culture. The emphasis is on developing talent while maintaining a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Set clear expectations and nurture team trust and collaboration
• Provide actionable feedback through effective one-on-ones
• Support engineers with career growth plans and opportunities
• Maintain accountability for delivery quality and operational outcomes
• Engage in production incidents and contribute to remediation efforts
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams
• Strong people-management and coaching skills
• Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Ownership mindset with operational instincts
• Familiarity with PHP, React, and PostgreSQL is a plus Elevate engineering practices and team dynamics while guiding Checkfront and Regiondo’s ongoing success.
