The Marketing Lead is responsible for liaising with the Zone Operation Managers and the Dealer Advertising Associations to ensure they are aligned with our advertising strategies and there are no budgetary issues. Additionally, the Marketing Lead is also responsible for overseeing Acura’s social media presence.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Collaborate with Zone associates to monitor Dealer Advertising Associate marketing initiatives to ensure compliance with brand standard and best practices.* Liaise with partner agencies to create and/or adapt creative for use in various social media channels, to support key activities and launches;* Manage and oversee the brand and retail development of creative and media strategies, ensuring consistency through all mediums* Liaise with partner agencies to propose creative strategies for achieving retail sales objectives* Develop, present, track, and create countermeasures for yearly Advertising objectives using monthly CAPDO reflections, program meeting support and annual business plan exercises;* Support zone/dealer advertising for asset distribution, on-going consultation and playbook support* Manage the marketing budget for production, digital, and fees;* Other duties as required.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Diploma in advertising, communication and/or digital marketing, business;* 5-10 years experience;* Advertising Coordinator, advertising agency staff, sales experience would be beneficial;* Digital media knowledge, communication, analytics, time management, creative, project management Analytical and Problem solving skills.This position requires employees to work on-site four days per week.Honda Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodations during the recruitment process forapplicants with disabilities, upon request.
