Vancouver, Canada Peeple Inc Full time

Management Consultant

About Peeple Inc.

At Peeple Inc., we believe exceptional organizations are built on people, aligned around purpose, and enabled by strong performance systems. With over 40 years of cumulative team experience, we’ve helped mid-sized, founder-led and growth-oriented companies across North America scale by developing high-performing teams.

From talent assessment and leadership development to organizational design and performance systems, we partner with founders and management teams who are ready to strengthen their people strategy and accelerate growth — whether they’re scaling, restructuring, or preparing for exit.

Due to continued growth, we’re expanding our Vancouver team and seeking a Consultant who has successfully taken client engagements from proposal to delivery, crafted compelling solutions, and presented insights that drive meaningful impact.

The Opportunity

This role is part strategist, part facilitator, part architect — and very much hands-on. You’ll collaborate directly with the Founder to design and deliver programs that strengthen leadership, culture, and performance across growing organizations.

You’ll dig into diagnostics, interview leaders and teams , assess and translate data into insights, build frameworks, craft deliverables, and deliver recommendations that truly move the needle.

If you’re motivated by meaningful client work, value-based consulting, and turning smart ideas into practical impact — you’ll thrive here

What You’ll Do

- Lead and co-facilitate client engagements: assessments, workshops, offsites, and strategy sessions.

- Translate diagnostics, interviews, and data into clear, actionable recommendations. • Develop proposals, scopes, executive briefs and client-ready presentations

- Co-create and refine Peeple’s proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Present insights to executive teams with confidence, clarity, and presence.
- Support business development: contributing to thought leadership, case studies, and pitch content.
- Build lasting relationships with founders and senior leaders as a trusted advisor.

What You Bring

- Minimum 4 years in a business performance consulting organization, organizational development, leadership advisory, or related role.
- Proven end-to-end consulting experience: proposal → discovery → analysis → delivery → follow-up.

- Deep understanding of performance management, leadership development, culture, team effectiveness, and change-ready organizations.

- Strong analytical thinking and written communication — you can turn complexity into clarity.

- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable with C-suite and management teams.

- Advanced PowerPoint and visual-storytelling skills; you create clean, compelling deliverables.

- A detail-driven, self-managing style — you thrive in a small, entrepreneurial firm where you can shape the work.

- Comfortable with psychometric assessments and/or diagnostic tools (Working Genius, DISC, StrengthsFinder, 360s)

Why Join Peeple Inc.

- Work directly with a founder-led team helping organizations scale thoughtfully and sustainably.

- Make real impact — your ideas won’t sit in a drawer; they’ll be tested, implemented, and celebrated.

- Be part of a collaborative, energetic team that values good work, good thinking, and yes… good food.

- Vancouver-based with flexibility for hybrid work when needed.

- A chance to contribute to the evolution of a boutique consulting firm with strong momentum.

Ready to Apply?

If you’re looking for a role where your ideas matter, your impact is visible, and your work directly shapes growing companies — we’d love to hear from you.

We ensure thorough communication, an in-depth evaluation of your background and abilities, complete confidentiality, and a thoughtful selection process.

Peeple Inc. and our clients are committed to an inclusive, discrimination-free workplace aligned with the B.C. Human Rights Code, Canadian Human Rights Act, and the Employment Equity Act.

Application Timeline:

We encourage interested applicants to apply as soon as possible. Interviews will be scheduled on a rolling basis.
