We are seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager at our Prince Albert location. As a leader, you will inspire others to excel in a fast-paced retail environment and create amazing customer experiences.

Job Overview

The Role:

- Manage and motivate a team to increase sales and operational efficiency
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and scheduling processes
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to enhance team performance
- Manage and maintain inventory to optimize stock levels
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Participate in planning and executing promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

The Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience in retail management
- A degree in business is considered an asset
- A proven track record in customer outreach and retention
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability through effective operational management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
