We are looking for Designers who can create and implement Internet / Intranet design plans to meet business goals and objectives. The candidate will be responsible for keeping the Web Design a dynamic, simple to use, easy to order from website with regular updates on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:

- Both information and user-interface design capability
- Design website layout and user-interface
- Build Web sites using technologies that conform to industry standards
- Lead efforts to improve overall merchandise presentation and ease of shopping on the website to improve conversion
- Adds new products to company website
- Edits or resizes images for website
- Image Sourcing (stock images, resolution needs and copyright law)
- Designs advertisement banners for website and email blasts
- Review competitive websites to evaluate site merchandise, promotional tactics, customer experience, and product presentation and translate findings into executable online programs.
- Perform maintenance and updates to existing Web sites, including content updates, design updates, and error correction
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision

Qualification:

- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years related experience
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including page layout, typography, and color theory
- Advanced knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Flash, ActionScripting, and Adobe Suite
