Lead enterprise technical discovery and demonstrations remotely across Canada as a Solutions Engineer specializing in SaaS customer outcomes. Use cloud and API expertise.
Glean seeks a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles. You will connect business challenges with practical outcomes through discovery, tailored environments, technical evaluations, security discussions, and business-value presentations. The role supports enterprise customers and requires consultative technical communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives across multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles
- Lead discovery covering workflows, requirements, stakeholders, and success criteria
- Create and demonstrate tailored customer environments for specific use cases
- Manage technical proofs of concept and align customer success criteria
- Develop ROI analyses, business cases, and customer presentations
Requirements:
- Five or more years in SaaS Solutions Engineering or Consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Enterprise technical sales experience with Account Executives
- Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Proficiency in Python or Java and API integrations Support Glean’s Work AI platform with enterprise discovery, security conversations, cloud knowledge, and customer-focused technical solutions across Canada.
