What You’ll Do:

- Oversee and manage the stores night shift operations, including the fresh side, to ensure safety and security.

- Perform key operational duties with your employees including putting up the orders, stocking shelves and building displays.

- Face, merchandise and reorganize displaced items to ensure the store is in customer ready condition.

- Complete night-time temperature and alarm checks.

- Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.

- Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.

- Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.

- Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.

- Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations

- Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.

- Previous experience in a retail environment.

- Available to work overnights during the week and on weekends.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

- Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.

- Excellent organization and communication skills.

- Food Handlers certificate is a plus.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $66,815.20
