Key Responsibilities
- Optimize service communication to reduce latency and improve throughput
- Implement OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana observability practices
- Develop scalable SQL queries for PostgreSQL systems
- Improve testability and traceability with QA collaboration
- Participate in architecture reviews and microservices best practices
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of backend development experience
- Microservices experience spanning at least two years
- Experience with distributed tracing, metrics, and log aggregation
- Knowledge of resilience patterns including retries and circuit breakers
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in large-scale systems Bring distributed systems, observability, communication, and performance skills to Charger Logistics Inc.’s backend engineering work.
