Senior ElectromechanicPurpose of the position:At Les Équipements & Services Filco Inc., the role of senior electromechanic is essential to ensure the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of mechanical and bodywork equipment. As a key member of our team, you primarily work in the field with our clients throughout Quebec, guaranteeing the quality and compliance of projects within standards and deadlines. Your leadership supports the team and ensures the lasting satisfaction of our clients.Why this position is worth your time:- You will work for a well-established company recognized for its expertise in the industry for over 35 years.- You will have access to:Service vehicle provided for your servicing clientsGroup insurance (health, dental, travel)Retirement savings plan with employer contributionBonusesRecognition years of service Ongoing trainingFree parkingAn environment where you won't get bored.What we expect from you:Perform electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical installations and repairs according to plans and specifications.Troubleshoot & ensure equipment is functioning properly & train the appropriate personnel.Perform preventive maintenance and after-sales service.Respond to client technical requests with courtesy and professionalism.Support colleagues in resolving technical problems and training when required.Participate in representing the company at trade shows, as required.Work as part of a team and comply with safety standards, including working occasionally with heights or with heavy equipment. Profile sought:DEP in electromechanics or industrial mechanics is required.Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.Excellent knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity.Ability to read and interpret plans; knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset.Customer service skills and good communication.Autonomy, organizational skills, leadership, and team spirit.Ability to meet deadlines.Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel within the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.French and English, both written and spoken.
